Our Way of Saying THANK YOU to the World....
As part of our way of saying thank you to clients, The Real Estate Doctor, LLC has developed a Buyer and Seller Incentive Program in the form of a Client Charitable Giving Program. It’s our way to further show you how valuable your business is to us…without you and your support we wouldn’t be in a position to be able to donate to charitable causes, and so we feel it’s important to let you have a say in where our charitable donations go. So, for every closed transaction, The Real Estate Doctor will make a donation to a select group of charities on behalf of our clients.
Program Specifics
- The Charitable Giving Program is an "opt-in" option for all clients, to be included in each signed listing/or buyers agency agreement.
- At each closing, 5% of the commission earned from the transaction by the REALTOR will be earmarked towards a select group of charities of each clients choosing (post rebates and any additional financial incentives provided).

THE DENVER FOUNDATION
The Denver Foundation, established in 1925, is one of the largest and oldest community foundations that impacts the entire Greater Denver Metro Community in areas such as education, homelessness, health care, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Because of its vast nature and areas of expertise, your donation can be earmarked to any area of particular areas of interests mentioned above.
KTone Cares Foundation
Provides programs and events, geared toward but not exclusive to youth, to promote topical community issues and to expose how music is a source for healing and inspiration. Our objective is to engage community in health and wellness with an emphasis on youth violence prevention.
LiveWell COLORADO
LiveWell’s mission, vision, goals, and values are grounded in an understanding that not all Coloradans have equal access and opportunities to be healthy due to policies, environments, and systems that perpetuate inequalities by income, place, and race. Therefore, LiveWell focuses on changing these systems to create opportunities for health and wellness in partnership with communities and individuals who face systemic and institutional barriers to a healthy lifestyle: low-income communities and people of color in urban, suburban, and rural parts of our state.
ATHLETICS & BEYOND
Athletics & Beyond is a community led nonprofit organization that is intrinsically designed to increase and expand the educational trajectories of Denver area students who are deemed "at-risk". A&B’s mission is to create opportunity through exposure and relationship building. By using athletics to capture the attention of students, A&B incorporates robust services that also provide participants with the opportunity to develop life skills, gain mentorship/role models, explore alternative career paths, and have access to rigorous college and post-secondary preparation.
